  2. Job Description:
    • Tele calls to potential students within the designated turnaround time
    • Fluent verbal & written communication skills
    • Giving counseling 1:1 & tele-counseling to prospective students
    • Assisting with the navigation of admission processes to ensure prospective students meet critical deadlines
    • Giving a campus tour to prospective students and making them familiar with amenities 
    • Developing and maintaining thorough an understanding of EDII overall value proposition and information related to the academic program to appropriately inform and serve prospective students
    • Creating and maintaining accurate records for all interactions with potential students.
    • Daily reporting to marketing/promotion head

  2. Job Description
    • Selected project officers will be responsible to provide guidance and counseling of potential and existing entrepreneurs for setting up and development of small and micro enterprises.
    • Assisting the micro and small enterprise in developing technology and forward linkages
    • Organizing workshops and training programmes for NGOs/Institutions and Entrepreneurs.
    • Networking and liaisoning with key stakeholder’s viz. Funding agencies, Development banks, government departments, NGOs and Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs.
    • Preparing project reports
    • Reporting to sponsoring agencies

    • To check expenditure vouchers, travelling bills ,branch office petty cash and to do data entry work in Tally (as per the F&A rules)
    • To maintain on-line Staff Advance Registers in Tally i.e. reconciliation on monthly basis.
    • Receipt of fees from students.
    • Bank reconciliation statement of all the banks.
    • Any other work assigned by the Reporting Officer.

    • Petty cash distribution and maintain the records in the excel.
    • Cash all receipts, bank receipts, RTGS receipts, NEFT, RTGS and others.
    • To maintain Credit Vouchers
    • Handling and monitoring Capital Items
    • Coordinating for Quotations to the vendors as per the requirements.
    • Checking and submission of TA/TE bills
    • Feeding of credit/petty cash vouchers, etc.
    • Attaching of all  receipts with the concerned payments vouchers
    • Arrangement of files for audit purpose.
    • Filing all the credit vouchers of cash book & other banks.
    • Send receipt by courier/post to all the concerns.
    • To maintain Vehicle, Inward Outward and Telephone Register.
    • To maintain record room properly.
