Mr. Vishal Parashar is an experienced management consultant with wide array of experience in Infrastructure, Housing, Smart City, Urban Development, Skill, Education, Health & other Social infrastructure Development with diverse experience in delivering responsibilities across the hemisphere of Programme and Project life-cycle.
Prior to joining EDII, Mr. Parashar was associated with Ernst & Young LLP as Associate Vice President. Earlier, he was part of Tata Consulting Engineers and IL&FS. He has over 16 years of experience in his domain of work. Mr. Parashar holds Master degree in Management. He also has multiple professional certifications to his credentials including Business Leadership from IIM Calcutta, ‘Eco-Friendly Infrastructure and Urban Development’, from AOTS Osaka, Japan; ‘Project Finance’ from IFMR & Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, to name a few.
Mr. Parashar has delivered the mandates from project development-to-procurement services on various modes of implementation including Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects across the country and extending advisory / consulting service to governments & various authorities. The range of services include advising clients on Project Conceptualization, Market Demand Assessment, Financial viability assessment, project Structuring, and strategic procurement for these projects and taking up appropriate Corporate Strategy aligned with the organization’s divergent business interests, harmonizing project implementation strategy with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) interventions viz., Skill Development, Livelihood Programme through agri-interventions, fisheries, entrepreneurship development of cottage industry, Imparting quality Education, Wildlife Conservation, etc., and the associated business administration of the enterprise, cross-leveraging the efforts for the optimal outcome for the organization and society at large. He has also catered to off-shore clients such as Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Kenya and Rwanda.
