An academician with more than 7 years of experience in guiding various technology based startups across the state of Kerala. Pioneered in institutionalizing IEDCs in various colleges. Being a UN certified Empretec Programme facilitator, mentored potential and existing student entrepreneurs across the state. Have coordinated more than 35 Micro Enterprise development Programme in Kerala for women over a span of 4 years. Have guided various student startups in IoT, Blockchain, eCommerce and edTech sectors. Area of Interest includes Techno Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Internet of Things, Innovations and Life Skills Development.

- Completed National Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme in Entrepreneurship Capacity Building sponsored by Accenture and organized by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India from 17th to 26th Sept 2019 at Bangalore.
- Completed 5 Day training on Promotion & Development of Coir Clusters sponsored by Coir Board, Cochin from 19th to 23rd July 2019 at NI-MSME, Hyderabad.
- Completed the Startup India Learning programme for Entrepreneurs, an extensive 4 week Programme of Startup India, an initiative by GoI, developed by Invest India and Upgrad during August 2018.
- Completed Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW 9) conducted by United Nations Empretec Programme for India from 25th to 30th April 2016 (6 Days) at Chennai and is thereby a UN certified Entrepreneur.
