Possesses more than ten years expertise in management education and instructing students at reputable institutions, PAN India, in addition to imparting training to faculty members of some of the prestigious institutions. His areas of specialization include Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management whereas his research focus is on Psychological Competencies, Leadership and Citizenship Behaviour among Healthcare Professionals. He has been a Resource Person for many prestigious institutions and even conducted a few sessions for corporate executives. While Mr. Dubey has presented his research papers in reputed conferences, he is also widely published in noted journals
