The main objective of the working paper series of EDII is to help faculty members/researchers share their research/study/project findings with colleagues, as well as test and receive feedback from them at pre-publication stage.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is running across India progressively. Inspired by this movement EDII alumni Nishank Shah (PGDM-BE 2012-14) has started an innovative start-up called Duro Green Zero Waste Project.
Nishank saw that no one was managing and treating the waste generated from the institutes, households, industries, corporates and other places at source. He saw a business opportunity and decided to treat dry waste and food waste at source.
The young start-up is successfully churning wealth out of waste. Nishank has become a well-known brand ambassador of Swachh Bharat Mission and is invited at various reputed forums to share his experiences now.

MUVR had only 135 SCV owners on its platform when it started in June 2015. Less than a year later, it has around 1,600 SCV owners and gets 80 per cent of its business from the commercial segment i.e. retailers, wholesalers, traders, distributors and SMEs. The rest comes from households.
