An educator in the area of Business Communication and Organisational Communication with over 17 years of experience in academia, Dr. Baishali Mitra holds expertise in teaching and training at reputed educational institutions and industry. After having completed her double M.A. in Linguistics and English Literature, she has received her PhD in English Literature from Osmania University. Her primary research interests are in Social Entrepreneurship and Development Communication, Business Communication and Diaspora Literature.  She has presented her research papers in various conferences and her papers are published in National and International journals. Her research in mobile enabled language learning under the UGC Minor Research Project scheme has helped students in anytime, anywhere learning. She is also a qualified Business English Certificate (Cambridge English) Trainer. When she is not busy teaching or researching, she loves to spend her time writing for her blog.
