Possesses a strong management background with over two decades of experience. She has taught at several prestigious institutions like the Banaras Hindu University, Allahabad University and some of the best schools in northern India. Having worked on projects with IIM Lucknow, UNDP India (IKEA project for Social Empowerment), Chakshu Inc, USA project on clinical trials for an eye drug to arrest cataract and on Skills and Employability in South Asia, funded by the USA, she has a rich research expertise. Knowledge management and entrepreneurship are her core strengths in which she has published extensively, both at national and international forums. Her interests include entrepreneurship in MSMEs, social entrepreneurship and higher education.
