Has over 10 years of experience in academia and industry. Has published research papers in various journals of good repute and also presented papers at national and international conferences. Has also co-authored one book and two book chapters. Areas of teaching and research include Marketing Management, Sales & Marketing for Start-ups and Small Businesses & International Marketing. Currently involved in SME’s & Business Development Services and engaged with DST, Government of India’s project namely National Implementing & Monitoring Agency for Training (NIMAT), to coordinate and monitor the above programmes for promoting entrepreneurship amongst Science & Technology target groups through HRD and Entrepreneurship Development Strategy, at the national level. Has also been awarded with Certified Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by All India Management Association (AIMA) in 2010.
