JOB CHART
  1. Overall management, supervision and co-ordination of three sections viz. Personnel, Administration & Estate.
  2. Preparation of annual budget.

  13. Preparation of lease/rent deeds and payment of monthly rent for branch/project offices.  Preparation of all agreements in respect of Annual contracts/outsourcing of essential services.
  14. Supervision and documentation checks related to, EPABX, and STD booth.
  15. Hiring of equipments for various programmes.
  16. Preparation of payment advice related to works falling under his responsibility.
  17. Inspection of campus/Electric Substation and hostel daily for repairs/maintenance.
  18. Any other duties assigned by Director-EDII.

Dy. Chief Finance Officer

CA/MBA (Finance) with 20 years' relevant experience / M.Com with 23 years' relevant experience / B.Com with PG Diploma (one year) and 25 years' relevant experience; DCA & knowledge of financial software.

JOB CHART
  • Monitoring payments of all projects.
  • Preparing the Annual Budget of the Institute.
  • Preparing the income-expenditure statement and final balance sheet.
  • Finalization of audited statements of accounts for projects.
  • Visiting Branch Offices at regular intervals.
  • Supervision of Institute's activities in other countries.
  • Accountable for the Institute's Statement of Accounts, and audit related queries, if any.
  • Finalization of Audit report.
  • Conducting tax related assessment with external auditors.
  • Providing honorary services to CPF and Gratuity Trusts & Credit Society.
  • Undertake FCRA related work and other responsibilities falling under the purview of Accounts Head.

Part of the SVEP team at Head Office. Key responsibilities included M&E function for the SVEP programme, tracking performance of the enterprise as well as that of the state teams, Analysis of data collected from the enterprises under the program and pass on the critical information to the state team to help them prioritise and plan their interventions in their respective are of operations.

State Anchors
Punjab, Haryana, Telangana & Chattisgarh Graduate in Commerce/Management, preferably with minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience preferably in implementing Non-farm livelihoods intervention/enterprises in large development projects/organizations or with a producer group/collective. Will be responsible for overall planning and execution of the programme at the state level.
Establishing coordination between PIA, SRLM and Block Anchors for effective implementation of the programme.

Mentors
SVEP States* Relevant University qualification in a Management discipline (Operations or Business Administration or equivalent).
Five (5) years professional working experience (two (2) years in a managerial role).
Extensive experience in entrepreneurship promotion and SME development field.
Experience in Project Management.
Assist PIA and SRLM during selection and training of Community Resource Persons Enterprise Promotion (CRP EPs).
Guide and support CRP EP during the training programme, on-field activities and enterprise promotion
Developing and maintaining repository of best practices, case studies, Videos & Photos and process related audio visuals for specific business functions.
