1.  Senior Faculty / Professor

EDII invites applications for Faculty positions on regular/contractual basis from candidates with specialization in the areas of Entrepreneurship/ Economics/ Management or in any related fields like Family Business Management, OB/HRM/Finance, etc. with extensive experience in conducting academic programmes/ training /research / documentation /project work/extension work etc.
 
Requirements: 
  1. Academic Qualifications & Experience
    • Ph. D. with 10 years’ relevant experience at PG level.
    • M. Phil/MBA with 14 years’ relevant experience at PG level
    • MA/BE/LLB with 17 years’ experience at PG level.
    • Experience in teaching /training/ research / project implementation / documentation at P.G. level.  Experience in the field of entrepreneurship development and/or academic administration will be preferred. 
    • Out of the total post qualification experience at least 4 years of experience should be at the level of Associate Professor in reputed academic institution.  
  2. Publications
  • The candidates should have published research work or should have made noteworthy contribution in research work/studies 
                                                 OR
  • The candidates should have developed independent research material of high order.

Part of the team managing the SVEP programme. Support to the state team. Liason with SRLMs, MoRD and Financial Institution & technical Institutions for credit linkages & technology transfer and Market linkages etc.
2.
Business Analyst.

Development/ Rural Management.
Candidate should have worked in development project preferably for livelihoods promotion in government/Non-government organization and handled relevant functions for at least 3 years.
Part of the SVEP team at Head Office. Key responsibilities included M&E function for the SVEP programme, tracking performance of the enterprise as well as that of the state teams, Analysis of data collected from the enterprises under the program and pass on the critical information to the state team to help them prioritise and plan their interventions in their respective are of operations.
2.
State Anchors
Punjab, Haryana, Telangana & Chattisgarh Graduate in Commerce/Management, preferably with minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience preferably in implementing Non-farm livelihoods intervention/enterprises in large development projects/organizations or with a producer group/collective. Will be responsible for overall planning and execution of the programme at the state level.
Establishing coordination between PIA, SRLM and Block Anchors for effective implementation of the programme.
3.
Mentors
SVEP States* Relevant University qualification in a Management discipline (Operations or Business Administration or equivalent).
Five (5) years professional working experience (two (2) years in a managerial role).
Extensive experience in entrepreneurship promotion and SME development field.
Experience in Project Management.
Assist PIA and SRLM during selection and training of Community Resource Persons Enterprise Promotion (CRP EPs).
Guide and support CRP EP during the training programme, on-field activities and enterprise promotion
Developing and maintaining repository of best practices, case studies, Videos & Photos and process related audio visuals for specific business functions.
